Sally was a founding shareholder of Harbour Trustees Limited in 1997 and has more than thirty years of Guernsey fiduciary experience in offshore trust and company administration and client relationship management, including the management of structures for Ultra High Net Worth individuals and their families.
Sally is a Chartered Secretary, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Institute of Directors, holding their Diploma in Company Direction.
Andy has over thirty years’ experience working in the finance industry in Guernsey, London and the Bahamas. Andy’s experience includes the provision of financial solutions to international clients including the establishment and administration of trusts and companies.
Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Andy is a graduate of Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.

Harriet Breban is the latest addition to the Harbour Trustees Limited team. Harriet has expanded her responsibilities since joining the Harbour team in March 2016. She now has a day to day responsibility for international tax reporting and investment monitoring in addition to her accountancy role. In addition to being a qualified accountant, she has accumulated over 6 years’ experience in the fiduciary sector dealing with a wide range of international clients. She now marks papers for ACCA and is a highly competitive show jumper in her spare time.

Mark is a specialist intellectual property barrister from the London bar who is listed as an expert in his field. He has orchestrated the intellectual property portfolios of numerous clients.
Mark's experience covers both contentious and non-contentious work in all areas of intellectual property law including patents (with an emphasis on biotech), copyright, trade marks, passing off, design right, breach of confidence, privacy, data protection, internet law, domain name disputes, IP licensing and breach of exploitation agreements, breach of contracts with a technical subject matter, computer software disputes, misleading advertising, sports, media and entertainment law.
Mark was appointed to the Bench of Gray’s Inn in 2009 and has a degree in Pharmacology from Kings College, London before qualifying as a barrister.
